BRONZE
Program length: 3 hours, 2x/week for 34 Weeks
Structure: JO Levels 2&3, Flexibility, Strength, Confidence Building Exercises, Intermediate Gymnastics Routines from JO Program, Athlete Reward Program

Rock & Gold's Women's Artistic Gymnastics Team consists of selected athletes ages 6 years and up who demonstrate:

Athletic potential to achieve the skills and routines required to compete in Gymnastics

Desire to train the required hours expected for their age/ability category

Positive attitude toward other team members/coaches and positive attitude during competition

Excellent work ethic and attendance

Great Sportsmanship

Ability to take constructive criticism and use it for self improvement



Our competition team trains with the Junior Olympic Program and attends 2-3 competitions per year by showcasing the skills and routines within their levels.

Athletes focus on building strength and level advancement from September - December. Once their level is determined, athletes will then focus on mastering the skills, technique, Maintaining their muscle mass and learning/cleaning up their routines for all four events (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) leading up to competition dates (April-June).
To join our competitive team, athletes must have a pre-competitive or competitive background or invited from the head coach to attend tryouts.
